ReplyDeleteEverything gets sick at some point in time, whether it be the common cold to pneumonia, its a sickness. So why can’t the sun get sick!? Have you ever thought about how earthquakes happen? Well I’ll tell you how. No matter the sickness, the sun always sneezes and coughs! So when the Sun sneezes, the Earth in rattled around so often and so strong that some crazy people actually believe that it is because of the tectonic plates colliding together! Snot in the universe is actually meteors. The sun can’t felt it of his sneeze killed the dinosaurs!

When an earthquake in Canada occurs, the cause is no surprise. The Canadians believe that when an earthquake shakes their country, Carey Prince of the Montreal Canadiens just made a slap shot against the Toronto Maple Leafs. Prince knocks down their goaltender, James Reimer. The fall of James Reimer is so large that it shakes their country. When Reimer finally stops crying because Carey Prince knocked out his teeth, with the puck, the shaking stops. The earthquakes usually last fairly long because James Reimer takes so long to get back up and stop crying.

Our planet is being balanced on top of a seal's nose, like in a circus. The seal is older than our earth and he is extremely sensitive, in terms of being scared. He is on display in a special little habitat just for him and every time somebody taps on his glass or makes him scared, the ball moves and eventually drops. The country that hits the ground hardest experiences an earthquake in a random location. A special richter scale has been developed to determine what happened with the seal and the ball. This makes it easier to determine what happened with the seal and the ball with nervousness.

10.0= Fainted and lost balance of the planet completely.
9.0= Had a major panic attack and had to get the earth off of his face.
8.0= Had a minor panic attack.
7.0= Was suddenly awoken while sleeping and didn't know what happened
6.0= Having a bad dream while sleeping and made a sudden movement to wake up
5.0=Too many visitors made the seal feel claustrophobic, so he ran to his special built house as fast as he could.
4.0=General Nervousness about anything.
3.0-1.0=Seal lost his balance but ended up catching the earth in time so no major earthquake hit.

When a dinosaur from California gets mad,he gets really hungry. the dinosaur gets mad. He stomps the floor and the whole earth shakes. But if you give him a kings size sneakers, he is not hungry. He is really happy. But if you don't give him one he could make the whole world tear apart.

ReplyDeleteEarthquakes are caused when the gods play soccer with the Earth. Every Time one of the god’s scores a big earthquake occurs. When the gods get in a fight little earthquakes happen. And for a medium earthquake to happen is when a god starts arguing with the referee.
When the earth was formed their were to giant brothers. They pranked everyone, for a punishment they had to hold the earth up on the shoulders. They got mad at each other quickly. When they got mad at each other they push one another. When they would push one another they moved the earth around causing the earth to shake.The more they pushed each other the worse the earth would shake. When they had fist fights they would punch a part of the earth causing multiple earthquakes in one spot over a few days... like California which one brother always hit. Gwen. B
ReplyDeleteThere are demons and other evil creatures trapped under the earths crust. They scratch and kick from the inside and shake the earth. As they scratch they make Fault lines where they scratch and kick. They have a schedule actually. they take turns each morning and each night. About 3 go in the morning and 3 at night. The caves and canyons are where some get out and release huge earth quakes about a 13.0 on the Richter scale! none have escaped since the dinosaur times but this demon caused the extinction of the dinosaurs by escaping. Every day one gets closer to escaping and one day humans will go extinct and they will walk the earth again.

ReplyDeleteThere is also a real legend I would like to tell. The earth goddess Gaea was poisoned by the time Lord Kronos. She fell int an eternal sleep and was trapped inside the earth. When she tries to awake and stirs she creates crack in the earth.

My myth is that there is a snake, that is as long as the Earth, and it raps it's body around the Earth using all of its muscles to keep the Earth from moving. On top of the snakes nose, is a little mouse. As long as the mouse stays still on the snakes nose, the snake does't notice that the mouse is there. So the snake and the mouse sleep all day everyday, the mouse making sure not to move so that the snake doesn't notice it, and the snake makes sure to hold tightly onto the Earth. Every once and a while, the mouse gets restless from staying still for so long, and it moves. This causes the snake to wake up, and notice the snack straight on it's nose. The snake snaps causing the mouse to start running around on the top of the Earth like it was a solid ball. The snake chases the mouse, letting go of it's tight grip on the Earth. The mouse and the snake start a chase around the Earth, causing the Earth to spin around, making an earthquake. Finally the snake becomes tired, and raps itself around the Earth agian making the Earth stop spinning. After the snake is fast asleep, the mouse settles itself back on top of the snakes nose. And they sleep. Until the next time the mouse decides to move.

ReplyDeleteThe Earth is a box. The box sits on the chess peices on a chess table run by hikers. When a hiker moves their chess peice, the earth tilts. When the oponent hiker moves their peice, the Earth falls. This causes massive shattering to the earths crust, along with rumbling and shaking.

I have a great myth that I created to show how earthquakes were made. There is this huge radio in the core. It's made of nickel and iron so it won't melt. Although, the radio is broken because the heat and presser still hurts it. Evey now and then the radio will turn on because the presser and heat is just to much to endure. The music causes vibrations and makes the earth shake. The music is concealed by the buildings falling and the people screaming. This is the myth that I created showing that the earthquakes are caused by a radio.
ReplyDeleteSo, lots of people know what they think is the real story about earthquakes, you know the usual tectonic plates and that stuff. But the real story is much better. It all takes place thousands of feet under the center of the earth in Larry’’s mom’s basement. Larry is a tall fellow about 6’7 and 2500 pounds and the problem with being 6’7 and living in a basement is that the roof of the basement if only 6’5. So every time Larry stands up he hit his head on the roof, and normanly when he hit’s his head to falls over and to the floor. This set of events cause so much pressure on the basement floor that it causes the shock waves to travel up and on to the surface of the earth. That is how earthquakes are created not with all of that tectonic plate stuff there is just a massive dude living with his parents. Sean. S Per : 3

This person who takes care of the earth is like another mother nature. She is constantly trying to do the best thing for the earth. The tiny sphere in her large world is constantly in danger. She is always running to get it to a safe place. Every once and a while she trips. The earth falls from her hand. It hits the ground and and it causes a lot of shaking. She picks it up and keeps running. Every few years, the earth falls in the same place and it happens again.

When a giant transformer is in hydro sleep rock gathers around it causing it to turn in to the world we know today a planet known as earth. When he/she wakes up this transformer turns to stretch and then causes the ground to shake this being known as a earthquake.
When a blacksmith is making a silver sword he drops his hammer on his foot and screams out causing a sonic blast across the world and creating a earthquake.
When a mermaid finds a man that breaks her heart she screams and when the sound hits the waves it causes a earthquake in many parts of the world.
When a boy is hanging on to a ball he goes to swat a fly and drops the ball and causes a earthquake when the ball drops the ground.
In the beginning of time, the Earth was very unstable. It would shake around, creating cracks in the ground, and killing lots of people. So, to put an end to all of the shaking, the people of Egypt decided to collect Clay front the Nile River. They used all of this clay to create a man. When the clay dried out, the man came to life. The people told him his purpose, so he walked to the bottom of the world and picked up the Earth to stop it from shaking. Every one in a while though, the Clay man loses his grip on the world, and the World shakes for a few seconds, until he can regain his balance.

Under the Earth, huge creatures are swimming. The blue, silky water fills the spheric center of our home planet and fish calmly swim about. But, something has disturbed them. One massive fish leaps from the school and charges about the water. It rams into the walls of the center creating large shockwaves. Above, the ground is shaking and everything is chaos. But, as quickly as it happens it ends. Once again, the blue water is still and the fish go back to slipping through it's swirling midst. Up above, the ground has stilled and everything is back to normal.

There are battles causing the ground to shake and crack. Now they are in a cycle of killing one another. They only stop when the troops on either side are to hurt. So my myth is that there is a big war between dragons and wizards.

In the middle of the earth is a little boy named Steven. Steven loves to play on his computer. One day Steven discovered a game called Cat mario. Steven plays this game all the time, determined to some day beat the game. Everytime Steven dies in the game he stomps his foot in frustration. The shock of the stomp creates an earthquake.

ReplyDeleteThere once was a man named GIANT JIM and he was usually always quiet and one day he was walking to the store and on the way he stepped on a nail he let out such a tell but then got quiet and carried on. The next day he went to the doctor and had stitches put in it all seemed like it would not hurt to walk on but he hadn't realized that he does not have a car he walks to work everyday BAREFOOT. Walking barefoot one day to work he stumbled over a bucket and cut his stitches open and began to fall and at that moment when he hit the ground with great force causing the ground to shake and tremble everything around. A long time ago there was a huge whale named Bob. He lived under the sea near Love Town. Many people lived there. Some of them have been living there for years. One day Bob didn't feel so well. His tummy began to hurt. A few hours later his tummy began to growl. The town began to shake the people got scared. A last Bob was just hungry. Bobs hunger cased lots of people to get hurt but most survived.
ReplyDeleteThere are many different theory's about how earth quakes are caused. There is even one where people tip over the earth and throw people off when it is too populated. But mine is correct. The more recent earth quakes have been happening after Miley Cyrus wrote "wrecking ball". My theory is that Miley Cyrus comes in on a wrecking ball licking a hammer and hits the earth and it shakes. I think this because who wouldn't a wrecking ball kills the people and the survivors are scared for life because they saw her face. Just saying who wouldn't a wrecking ball kill. That is my theory and I agree with it along with 5 other people.

My myth about how earthquakes are formed is that the whole world is a rattle toy. Like the toys that babies use. So when the baby starts to have some kind of emotion the baby gets the rattle toy (World) and shakes it. This is sort of how earthquakes are formed. The earthquake happens when the baby shakes the rattle toy. Sometimes the baby shakes it hard or soft it depends the emotion. For example if the baby is sad , mad, etc.

There are eight children dancing around a campfire on the dark side of the moon: Neptune, Uranus, Saturn, Jupiter, Mars, Earth, Venus, and Mercury. Their surroundings are cold and icy. The children must dance to keep warm because a barrier blocks their way to the warmer side of the moon. Each of the children attracts the type of air they need to survive; Earth attracts oxygen, Jupiter attracts hydrogen, etc. The children form a close-knit circle, so sometimes they trip on each other, and sometimes they slip on the ice. When one kid falls, their associated planet will experience a quake in either land or air (this applies to Jupiter, etc.). In Earth’s case, we experience an earthquake.

ReplyDeleteThere were many myths of why Earthquakes happened before the cause was actually discovered. Out of all the myths, mine was the only reasonable idea. It was related to the Denver Broncos. Any time the Denver Broncos scored, an earthquake occurred based on the crowds reaction. The largest Earthquakes occurred when the Broncos scored a game winning field goal. I know what you are thinking, and that is , “what about the off season?” Well, Earthquakes occur during the off season if we made a good recruiting decision, or anybody scored during a practice. I know that the real cause of Earthquakes has been “proved”, but there is not enough evidence. I firmly believe that Earthquakes occur whenever the Denver Broncos score.

When the ground shakes mother nature wants to wake up the world and say that everything is going to be okay. She does that because those bad days do happen. ReplyDeleteEarthquakes are very effective to earth and are formed in a very peculiar way. Under the ocean with all of the starfish, and squids lives Spongebob Squarepants in Bikini Bottom. Spongebob works at the Krusty Krab working the kitchen; making krabby patties and cleaning the dishes. But, some days Spongebob gets a little too carried away when making Krabby Patties. Spongebob will make over 1 million krabby patties at once and put them all in a pile. The weight becomes too heavy for the sea floor to hold, so the sea floor breaks causing earthquakes! - Ashlin Cromer per8
ReplyDeleteThe reason earthquakes happen is because someone is holding up the world as a punishment. A long time ago, when the earth was still at Pangea stage, a race of humanoid life forms called Hucans lived on the earth. They lived in the lands of Pangea as a united territories. They contested with the dinosaurs for dominance of the world. The king of the Hucans sent a messenger to go retrieve information from the general of the army. They were about to go into a civil war with the western side of the Hucans land. They did not think that they should be ruled by the king, so they created an army. The king wanted to know if the west was plotting against him. But the messenger wanted to take the throne so even though he knew that the west had created an army, he told the king that nothing was happening in the west. The king let his guard down and ordered his armies to stand down. Just days later, the Kings castle was under attack. The west overthrew the King and took control of most of the Hucans land. The queen however had her own set of armies and launched a surprise attack on the newly formed kingdom. She retook the throne for herself as she thought the king had previously not given her enough power. She ordered the messenger to hold up the weight of the world forever and gave him an eternal life so that he could hold up the world forever. The messenger didn't lift so he was not very strong.Every time he gets tired and drops the world, an earthquake happens. That is the story of the Hucans Time.

There is a great race of people living under the earths crust. They are known as the Party People, they have been around since the beginning of Earth. This great race must party in order to live, if they don't party, their party levels will fall, causing them to die. To fix this problem they decided that they MUST party all day, every day, or else they would become extinct. So they just keep parting and parting, but every so often they play the ancient song, "Harlem Shake". When this song plays, just the huge king of the Party People comes out and dances causing what we know as before shocks. But when the song continues to play, all the citizens of the party people start to dance, including the king him self. This causes earth quakes, the earth quakes only last for a few seconds because the song only lasts for a short amount of time.

There was an old tree named Bob. Bob sometimes, only sometimes got sick. When he did, his branches and leaves whipped around in the air as he coughed. Bob did not like it when he was sick,he felt terrible. Especially as he sneezed because that cause thunder to strike through the ground. The ground would always shake when he sneezed. In fact, so hard that it causes an earthquake. Soon, Bob had to get cut down. R.I.P Bob.

ReplyDeleteDeep under the Earth there is a large jungle filled with many types of animal. Leopards,
exotic birds, and other jungle animals inhabit the area. Although this sounds like a normal jungle, there is one twist, they can speak English. They have towns, governments, and run like a normal community. When there is a debate the animals, argue, fight, and yell over each other. When this happens it causes the Earth to shake. This is where major earthquakes take place.
The myth is that Earth is actually a beach ball that doesn't flatten. Normally, Earth is floating out in the ocean. This explains why it spins around and just moves. At times, Earth will wash up ashore. Somebody will pick them up and start to play with it. This is why Earthquakes happen.

Humans against humans in great crevices(plate boundaries) with mighty weapons(something explosive). After centuries of battles the war still goes on. Now they fight in the crevices causing land slides to kill enemies and move the land. The animal and humans on the surface have less lust for battle for no reason than their ancestors that can live longer.

Once upon a time there was a really big feast that earth and all the other planets were going to make. Every planet brought food to eat. Mars brought a munch of pizza especially for Earth because he is the only one that eats and eats and never gets full. Earth started to eat all of the pizza and all of thee other food that the other planets brought. When earth stopped eating he started feeling really bad and his stomach hurt a lot. Suddenly he burned really loudly and everything started to shake because no one had burned that loud and hard as Earth. All of the other planets were pushed by the burp. And all of the things were destroying the houses the buildings. All of the things inside him started to move crashing with each other and sliding past each other. People called that an earthquake. So every time there is an earthquake remember its because earth and all the other planets are having a big feast.

Inside the earth is a large gymnastics arena, full of talented gymnasts. When the gymnasts tumble, the landing rumbles the earth ending in an earthquake. The landings on each event gives us the little earthquakes on that rarely effect us. The floor routines are the the causes of the larger earthquakes. Gymnastics beams are right underneath on the fault line, when we do our jump series it triggers the fault lines. That is the cause of earthquakes according to gymnasts.

My myth for how earthquakes appear is kind of simple. So, there is a really big guy in the center of the earth. Since he is such a big guy in such a tight place, he has to stretch out a lot. Everytime he stretches out, he bumps against the Earth. When he does this, an earthquake happens. He tries not to stretch out too much because he knows he might be killing people everytime he does this, but he can’t help it. He is also very old so that makes him want to stretch out more. He never dies because the fumes of the lava in the earth keep his heart beating. This is my myth about how earthquakes appear.

Have you heard the myth about how earthquakes happen. Probably not the way I tell the story, let me share it with you. Back in the 1800's there was a crazy scientist who was working really hard on a potion that can change rocks into humans. After he finally thought he had it right he tested a rock. It actually worked but there were some defects, the rocks weren't humans they were trolls! The scientist thought that the trolls were so ugly that if they went into the village people would make fun of the so he hid them underground. The trolls were angry and they couldn't find a way out so they would hut the ground and hit it, and hit it until they were tired, this caused the earth to shake and the humans on earth called them earthquakes. Everyone in a while the trolls still get mad and hit the ground, so every time you hear about an earthquake your gonna know why it's happening.

It was 2002 in nigeria a kid name wally the giant stomp is hammer on the earth. Wally the giant taught the world was a play toy that he could play with but he use his hammer to make and crack on the earth which cause it to break in the middle. People in the earth was scared of wally the giant but he didn’t mean no harm to people. Wally was too sad to see the people go but he did not stop making the crack to the earth. Wally realize that he kept hearing voice from his “ play toy” hand then stop playing with it. Wally the giant only shake the earth and leave and mark on it because he don’t have any girlfriend or friend to play with.
ReplyDeleteIn Japan, a fisherman sits under the country. A fish gets hungry about every year or so. That fisherman sits and waits until he gets that one fish. That fish is name Leonard. He doesn't always bite the hook when he is hungry. He will starve for some time! But when he is about to die he bites the hook causing the fisherman to start tugging and wiggling the fish around. That is what causes an earthquake.

Here is my earthquake myth. So a long time ago their was a big crack in the earth. Many people got in that crack. People had thought they have died. But they haven't now their under our earth. Everytime they sneeze, talk or move the earth begins to shake and shake but causes a small earthquake. They also shake when they want to get out. ReplyDeleteThere are many myths out there about how earthquakes form. But I have a pretty clear idea of how they really happen. I believe that the world is truly on peoples shoulders, when they are stressed out. You know the saying "I feel like the weight of the world is on my shoulders"? I think its true! When we are feeling stressed, the world still kind of depends on us. World meaning family and friends. No matter how stressed out you are, you still have to provide for the people you love. But there are a few moments when you slip up and forget that. And that my friends is when an earthquake happens!
ReplyDeleteA long, long time ago in the center of the earth there was this boy that had found a dog. This dog was HUGE, bigger than any building he had ever seen before. The boy named this dog Quake after his favorite cereal brand, Quaker oats. Now Quake never knew what love was or has never really been happy. This boy cared for the dog and showed affection to Quake. One day Quake was being really good and the boy pulled out Quake’s favorite treats. Quake started to jump all around and hopping just being crazy! Due to him jumping to much it made the ground move and shake. The King decided to call this an earthquake in honor of Quake. Now whenever Quake is being super good The boy gives him his favorite treat and Quake starts to jump around like a wild man therefore creating an earthquake for the people on the earths crust.

ReplyDeleteThe earth is really the head of a big person. That person is listening to heavy metal and he is head bashing (thrusting his head back and forth rapidly, similar to whiplash). This causes the mantle to move. When the mantle moves the tectonic plates collide and shift. When the plates collide and shift, earthquakes are formed (and other features like mountains and volcanoes form too). After all of these years of studying earthquakes, I conclude with the theory that Earth is just a big persons head and they are rocking out to heavy metal.

The world rests on top of two chairs, the chairs are back to back. In one chair, sits Queen Aria, in the other sits King Ezra. They like to spend their time talking to one another as their servants fan them. However, like everyone they get angry sometimes. Every once in a while when King Ezra brings up Alison or Queen Aria brings up Jake the other will get mad and begin to raise their voice. Before they know it, they are yelling so loud their chairs start to shake the Earth balancing in between. Sometimes they are perfectly happy with each other and the Earth still trembles. This is because their servants get tired of fanning them every so often. When they stop fanning them or fan them effortlessly and lazily the Queen and King will bang their fists against the arm of the chair causing the chair to shake, causing the world to shake. And they will begin to raise their voice as they tell their servants how to fan them properly, to never stop fanning them, and not to talk so loud amongst their servant friends. This is my version of why Earthquakes occur.

There is a myth about a sleepy giant who lives in Earth. Whenever the giant is too sleepy, he tends to stretch his arms and possibly shake the Earth above him creating small earthquakes. But, when the giant is really frustrated because he is so fatigued, he punches the inner Earth layers. This results in a lot more disastrous earthquakes on the crust. And sometimes, he gets really tired and forgets to hold up the Earth for a couple of seconds. Meanwhile on the crust, there are earthquakes that last for a while and can have severe outcomes to the environment.

Earthquakes are made when there is a teenager taking a selfie. When she/he take multiple ones and does not like ANY of them, they will begin to get frustrated. This will lead to rummaging for food, and a sad moment. They will continue to take selfies, and when they feel like one finally comes out good, they will 'post' it. This will lead to extreme happiness, so they will jump around and cause the plates to move. Beware teenagers.

There were many myths about how earthquakes occurred when we did not know what plate tectonics were. If I had to make one it would go something along the lines of basketball. A giant alien basketball player is having a contest with another giant alien to see how long they can spin a basketball on their finger. One of the giant aliens decided to choose the Earth as their basketball. Whenever the giant alien has to tap the basketball to keep it going, the aftershocks cause earthquakes. Since his hand moves so fast it is never seen. That is how I would describe how an earthquake happens.

A long time ago, a man journeyed to the center of the Earth. He became trapped as rocks closed up his entrance. The only tool that he brought with him on his journey was a small but strong pickaxe. Unlimited food and supplies were located in the center of the Earth. Every time that an earthquake strikes, he is digging out the rocks that trap him inside in hopes of returning to the surface. This is a myth from Littleton, Colorado. There is a crack in the earth in which sunlight can sometimes get in. In this crack, it leads to the center of the earth where there are many mirrors. The light reflects off the mirrors and it causes the center of the earth to heat up, everywhere. This causes things to move more, since they are hotter. Well, that means that the plates move more and we might feel it. This is what causes the shaking that will happen under our feet.

The Earth is like a human head. Inside of it is a brain, which has a conscience. Consciences tell us whether something is the right or the wrong thing to do. This brain can sense when someone is doing bad things on the surface of the Earth. As a result, the conscience says that this is bad, and shakes the Earth as punishment. So, earthquakes are caused by people with a lack of conscience.

A long time ago there was a Tewinski tribe that believed in the craziest myths. One of the myths was that since God was so powerful that every time he sneezed it caused an earthquake. Everyone in the tribe also believed in this so they didn't see earthquakes as a bad thing. In fact, the saw it as a sign of forgiveness. So anytime one of the tribe members sinned they would be forced to do good works until an earthquake happened. As you can see, the tewinski tribe believed in crazy myths!

Earthquakes occur because of one animal: a hedgehog. This hedgehog, named Ozzie, lives inside the Earth and is actually the core of the Earth. He is a mostly happy hedgehog, but sometimes, he gets lonely, or people start to damage the Earth. When this happens, Ozzie get mad and curls up into a ball and hisses. Because he is so big and his hiss is so powerful, the vibrations cause an earthquake. Most of the time, he can aim his hissing power, and that's why earthquakes occur only in certain areas. Ozzie the amazing hedgehog is the cause of earthquakes.

ReplyDeleteThe world is moved by ducks. The evidence is there all that is needed is awareness. You see, “convection currents” is just a government cloak in reality it is a duck. Convection currents has 19 letters in it 1+9= 10 ten has three letters, three has 5 letters, five has 4 duck has four letters. The ducks move the tectonic plates by swimming in the magma, when a duck swims it just kind of floats. The same thing is with tectonic plates, they just slowly float around according to the currents. This is not a myth though, it is a reality. In the end, I guess I’m doing this wrong since it’s not a myth but whatever! The convection currents move the tectonic plates, the tectonic plates are just individual ducks. Earthquakes happen when these ducks collide This happens a lot because everything is a duck so yeah… In conclusion, Earthquakes happen when ducks hit each other. W.A. He had 600 men hold up the earths crust so that everybody could see the sun by turning the crust. But some of the men would slack off so he had a warden hired. ReplyDeleteIn the house if the Katubig's are family says that there 4 organisms 2 blue jays, 1 hummingbird, and 1 dragon fly. The 2 blue jays represent the parents, the hummingbird representing Emma, and the dragon fly represents me. The Earth is built with like a pyramid, the blue jays on the bottom, the hummingbird in the middle, and dragon fly on top. The power of the earthquakes are caused by the type in animal moving. If there is a really massive earthquake all of the animals will move, if the earthquake is still really large and dangerous than that means both of the bluejays move. If the earthquake is above 5.5 on the Richter scale than only one of the bluejays move. If the earthquake is between 1 and 5.4 on the Richter scale that means that the hummingbird moved, and if the earthquake is under 1 one the Richter scale or unable to feel by humans that means that the dragon fly moved. This is the myth that we have at the Katubig house.

My myth of how earthquakes are formed is very different. The Easter bunny lives on the inside of the Earth. Every once in a while he will come onto the surface to celebrate Easter but any other time he's on the inside. So sometimes the Easter bunny decides to come out of his home from the inside of the Earth. When he does this he hops to move around. All of his hopping creates a lot of shaking because he is huge which causes earthquakes.

But the smartest way of thinking about how earthquakes happen is about fish. You know how fish are really dumb and stupid, well when fish in the sea run into the floor on the ground or bump into the land or continents. The fish bump into it really hard and the land starts to shake from the sound waves or the hard hit into the land under the sea. Can this theory get any smarter than simple to how earthquakes happen?
ReplyDeleteThis is my myth. Zeus and Hera hold up the universe. When Poseidon and Hades argue, Zeus must go calm them down. Hera, being the only one who can hold up the universe, gets tired and angry. She moves the Earth, which is usually at her forearm, to the palm of her hand. This shakes the Earth. But, when Zeus returns, he finds Hera to be tired. Little did he know he was about to get a lecture so bad, it would cause many natural disasters to happen.

A long time ago, there were myths as to how earthquakes occurred. Here is mine. The earth is held up by the wings of an elegant swan. This swan is always swimming peacefully in a small pond with many fish. Like all animals, the swan gets hungry. However, the swan gets extra hungry from holding up the Earth for so long. The swan has to eat a lot to ease the ravenous hunger. When the swan dunks her head underwater to catch a fish, the Earth gets unbalanced and shakes, causing an earthquake. So many earthquakes happen because the swan is catching fish so often.

My about how earthquakes can happen is about to change the thinking of your brain for the rest of your life. You know how all the fish in the sea are really dumb and stupid? Well when a fish in the sea runs into the sea floor or runs into the land under the sea, the sound waves of that hit is so hard, that it shakes the continent the fish ran into. When a little fish hits the ground or the land, it creates a small earthquake, but when a big fish like a shark for instance hits the land, it creates a huge earthquake that can like split up the land or something. When a baby is born that will change the world in any way god shakes the earth at the exact time the baby is born. He also lets the animals know moments before so they can move a little closer to the baby that is being born. It also means that the baby is taking place of a previous life before it. The previous life is usually from that child's favorite animal. So if the child's favorite animal is a eagle it means that the child was an eagle in his previous life. This represents the children are changing the world and god lets us know by earthquakes.

They like to spend their time talking to one another as their servants fan them. However, like everyone they get angry sometimes. Every once in a while when King Ezra brings up Alison or Queen Aria brings up Jake the other will get mad and begin to raise their voice. When the three kids come with a ideas so they can give them to the boogie man. He just laughs and when he laughs the Earth moves which cause an earthquake. I have another one since that one was really short.... The best soccer player in Mexico he balance the world on his foot. He likes to play soccer a lot so for practice he throws the world in the air and BAM hits it with his head. When the world bounces on his head the world shakes.

Everyday the guardians of the world who only were children would wait till danger came around. They fought aliens kept asteroids from hitting earth, keeping their parents who sent them up there proud. Once in a while they would tired of sitting the hours away they thought that the earth was toy. Tossing the world around back and fourth shaking the world causing earthquakes around the world.

I think that earthquakes are formed when a squirrel falls into a crack in the Earth’s crust to the inner core. When the squirrel gets hungry for his nut and can’t take the hunger any more he chases the nut. The nut rotates away from him staying on the opposite end of the inner core. Because he can not reach it, many earthquakes happen. The running and shaking of the inner core causes the Earth to tremble and shake. This is how I think earthquakes are formed and created.

As a lacrosse fanatic i would like to share my particular story would like to start out with the story of a great sport god who every know and then would try and get through the defensive line of all of the defensive guardians who are the ones who are held responsible for nthe protection of the ultimate goal. Witch in reality would be our own universe to hold the earth inside of it. Although this goal is very well protect almost 100% of the time the defensive lines of guardians can in fact be lazy to later make it so that when the god who is known as the middie gets through the defense and he can get through through the goal to throw his ball at the particular goal line witch in Reality is supposed to protect the goal. although when the middie is supposed to get through line it will hit the atmosphere and shake up the whole entire thing gigiti.

There are many stories about how an earthquakes happens, but my version of an earthquake seem to be reasonable in my opinion. Every single day people around the world just seem to be throwing trash without thinking if it should be recycled or not. Maybe they just seem to put the trash on the ground instead of a trash can. Mother earths gets so mad every single time an accident like this a cures she cracks parts of the earth that end up to be an earthquake. This seem to be happening in some parts of the earth which cause a big disaster.

The other gods, mostly Nut, (the sky goddess) and her husband, Geb (the earth god) used to tease him about his temper. When he left the gathering, his temper took over. He has his name for a reason, he boxed to let off steam. Most often he chose the earth as his punching bag. He never thought about the little people he saw, walking around on the planet. His overpowering rage took over his body, when he got mad. He never felt guilty, either, as he never remembered anything.

My myth I think would be that since they say god is up in the clouds and the devil is underground. The devil is underground and an earthquake is underground. I think that the devil and the demons are banging to come out of underground. When they do this, an earthquake occurs. The harder they bang, the bigger the earthquake.
